What is the formulary drug list?

· Selection of pharmaceuticals and related products in a formulary depends mainly on efficacy, safety & cost of the drugs.
· Each government or institute (e.g. hospital, insurance company) should have a specifically designed formulary to regulate the intervention concerning drugs.
